3. New Supplier Evaluation

We can evaluate new supplier upon request of our customer. We will visit the supplier and generate report by providing pictures and video of machines and available facilities at the sight. We will highlight capabilities, capacities, streangths and weeknesses according to the required product to develop by our valuable client.

4. Order Follow up

We take on the role of our clients by becoming their eyes and ears throughout the product manufacturing process. Our team of merchandisers and quality control team work hand in hand with the vendor at all stages of order execution. We keep guiding both the client and manufacturer during the production process and also keep the information cycle flowing between both so as to avoid any loopholes. From product designing till the finished product, we ensure that the vendors are aligned with the per-production plan and that the clients are also kept abreast with everything so that any concerns are shared with them at the right time to ensure timely decision making.

5. Weekly production updates to clients

Since we are representing our valuable clients and it is our important obligation to provide production update on each step. Normally we draft production order status consist on each and every step of running orders and it is been sent to our customers on weekly basis on top of daily updates.

6. Quality Assurance / Inspection

We follow the production orders from the day first till the shipment made by the vendor. Our teams of well experience professionals and quality assurance inspectors assess quality by carefully observing and inspecting products during each production step. The quality control procedures include on-site inspection, examination of in-line production, and a pre-shipment final inspection.

7. Shipping Coordination and Documentation

We know that in time delivery largely depends on error free documentation of shipments, therefore for the avoidance of any delays in distribution, our merchandising team checks and carefully maintains a comprehensive record of documents. We also make sure that we monitor and process the documentation precisely according to the customer's requirements.
