TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We work either on CFR or FOB basis.

2. The prices are quoted either in US Dollar or Euro

3. Payment is always by L/C favouring the actual exporter

4. Purchase order, designs, colour instructions, labels and packing instructions are to be sent to us.

5. Production shall be taken up after receipt of the L/C.

6. Shipment date is to be calculated from the date of opening of L/C.

7. All complaints to be made within one month after arrival of the goods at the port of destination.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. All deals are negotiated on good faith between the buyer and ourselves.

2. We undertake to keep all business deals confidential.

3. The designs and brand names shall be the sole property of the buyer and importer.

4. The samples of the orders of one buyer will never be sent to another buyer.

5. We can consider any other safeguard or confidential measure, if desired by the buyer.
